Dye Sublimation
This photographic-quality option provides permanent transfer and lasts throughout the life of the fabric. First, we print the design onto the dye-sub transfer paper using water-based ink. The paper and fabric are then transferred into a heating press which reaches a temperature of 400 degrees. When the heating process is complete, the image is transferred and becomes a permanent part of the fabric. Dye-sub printing is among the most durable, green processes available for fabric printing. We use recycled fabric and non-toxic materials throughout the process, making dye-sub better for the environment than using PVC vinyl. It delivers an incredibly high-quality printing result on fabric, and the items can also be washed normally without losing the quality of the image. Dye sublimation printing is best used on interior products to ensure the long life of the fabric and image.
