Fabric Displays
Dye-Sublimation
This Photographic quality option provides permanent transfer and lasts throughout entire life of the fabric. First, we print the design onto dye-sub transfer paper using water based ink. The paper and fabric are then transferred into a heating press where it reaches a temperature of 400 degrees. When the heating process is complete, the image has been transferred and becomes a permanent part of the fabric. Dye-sub printing is among the most durable, GREEN processes available for fabric printing. We use recycled fabric and non-toxic materials throughout the process, making Dye-Sub better for the environment than using PVC vinyl. It delivers an incredibly high quality printing result on fabric and the items can also be washed as normal without losing the quality of the image. Dye-sublimation printing is best used on interior products to ensure a long life of the fabric and image.
